6 adults can sleep very comfortably in 3 cosy bedrooms. 1 - 2 children up to the age of 10 can also crawl up the stairs in the master bedroom to sleep on the duplex level (mezzanine) (futon mattress 110cm wide).
Centrally located in the old town (50 metres from the Cours Saleya, 30 minutes from the airport), our modernised and designer-furnished old flat (room height 3.5 metres, large windows, very bright, oak flooring throughout) is on the 3rd floor, about 100 metres from the sea and only a few steps away from the beautiful restaurants, the cosy bars, the delicious bakeries and the lovely patisseries.
The 3 bedrooms have double windows (rare for the old town). We make our beds for you with high quality hotel linen and offer comfortable pillows for every need (hard/soft/ergonomic).
The master bedroom even has a small work corner (home office, high-speed Internet [800 MBits] throughout the flat) and a bright bathroom with shower and WC "en suite". Up to 2 children up to the age of 10 can sleep upstairs on the mezzanine level in the "eagle's nest" via a stable staircase.
The modern kitchen is open-plan in one room with the dining table and sofa corner. Rarely for the old town, you can even see the blue sky of the Côte d'Azur from here! The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, blender, smoothie maker, Nespresso machine) so that you can cook for yourself. The large oak table seats 6 adults and up to 2 children. The Thonet chairs are very comfortable!
With the fast WiFi (800 MBits) you can watch streaming services on the TV (Google TV is installed) or make yourself comfortable on the cosy Living Divani sofas.
You can set your desired temperature individually in all bedrooms and in the living room using the control system, which is maintained throughout the flat even in the height of summer thanks to the powerful air conditioning system.
In a separate room you will find the washing machine (so you don't have to look at a large porthole in the kitchen!), tumble dryer, ironing board and many other appliances that will make you feel right at home.
Thanks to 2 modern shower rooms and 2 toilets, there's no crowding even when fully occupied, and each bathroom has large windows - there's nothing like fresh air after a shower!
As a special highlight, we provide soft and cosy bathrobes for all guests, provided the booking is longer than 7 days (for shorter bookings, the bathrobes can be booked for a fee). Our guests in bathrobes will be recognised in the old town when they make their way to the beach in flip flops, swim in the glorious blue of the Côte d'Azur and then make their way back to the flat wrapped in their bathrobes.
It doesn't matter whether you are travelling for a short trip or for 2 weeks or several weeks, it doesn't matter whether you are travelling in a small group or a full group of 7 people. Nice as a city, as well as the surrounding area, offer countless opportunities to have a great and unforgettable holiday. So after your morning coffee you can put on your swimming costume and slip into the cosy bathrobe we've provided to head to the sea for a swim, after which you'll definitely be awake and full of energy. Hire bikes? No problem, they're available in the old town. Travelling to Monaco, Italy or Cannes? No problem, it's all easy, quick and without traffic jams with public transport in Nice.

Noises from outside:
Nice's old town is full of colourful life. You are right in the centre of it. The well-insulated windows block out a large part of the noise from outside, but it is possible that sources of noise from outside are still audible. People who are light sleepers should therefore use earplugs or similar, as it can get louder, especially at weekends or before public holidays.
Mobility:
The flat is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift in the building. there are 56 steps in total. Therefore, the flat is not suitable for people with limited mobility.
